Feeling Stuck?
Meet Someone Who Really Gets It
Your partner in healing
Hi, I'm Jessica, LPC Associate (Supervised by: Dr. Cecily Batiste Dawson)
We See It Clearly: A future where therapy isn't just about fixing what's broken - it's about unleashing what's possible. Where every woman doesn't just heal, she discovers her hidden strengths, claims her authentic voice, and steps fully into her power. We're not just changing lives. We're changing the game.
We exist because every minority woman deserves more than just surviving - you deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated. Our mission is to break down barriers, bust through stereotypes, and create a new narrative: one where your unique journey isn't just acknowledged, it's the foundation of your strength.
My Work and Approach
I support women navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the weight of experiences that still linger, even when life keeps moving forward. My approach is thoughtful, steady, and deeply respectful of your pace.
We do not rush healing here. We focus on clarity, safety, and meaningful change, especially when the past feels close and the present feels hard to fully inhabit.
I believe that while we cannot change what has already happened, we can change how it lives inside you.
Why I Do This Work
I am deeply passionate about helping women who feel stuck, because I know what it is like to move through life without support while still being responsible for everyone else.
There came a moment when I realized something had to change, not suddenly, but intentionally. I began choosing responses rooted in care rather than reaction, and that shift became the beginning of my healing.
As I did my own inner work, clarity followed, along with an understanding of how much suffering happens in silence.
That is when I knew I wanted to guide the women I once was, women who appear strong, who manage life, but feel anxious and tethered to their past.
In my work, I help them find clarity by shifting the emotions attached to painful memories, even when the past itself cannot be changed.
Over time, they feel lighter, more present, and it shows in something simple but meaningful. They begin to smile more.
My Secret Weapon? EMDR Therapy
Let me share something personal - EMDR therapy changed my life. It's not just another talking session (though we'll do plenty of that too). It's a powerful method that helps release those stubborn emotional blocks that traditional therapy sometimes can't touch. I've witnessed incredible transformations in my clients: from breaking free of anxiety to finally processing old traumas that have held them back for years.
Who I Work With
I work with women who feel anxious or emotionally overwhelmed.
They often appear strong but struggle privately.
Many feel stuck in patterns shaped by their past and are tired of carrying everything alone.
The women I work with do not need to be fixed.
They need space, clarity, and support that feels steady and real.
